Once all the excitement of designing and getting the show on the road has subsided, you are now faced with keeping the project heading in the right direction and under control.
Depending on what controls you have planned to put into place, establishing them will require focus. At the start of the project there will be energy to move into delivery and start to create things and as a consequence there will be plenty of parallel activity, which will need to be controlled.
