Exciting new stuff

We have been busy re-developing and expanding our online learning services for everyone.

We are about to start releasing our new materials this week.

The first course we have revamped is our flagship MSP(R) course with a range of new materials and facilities to improve your learning experience.

Our mission is to do so much more than equip you to simply pass exams.

Coronavirus Statement

We have now moved to total home working to respect the Government’s wishes and to look to protect our colleagues, customers and the essential workers that are out there keeping our country going.

All of our online services are up and running through our Academy portal, so if you have time on your hands it could be a good opportunity to develop your knowledge and gain qualifications.

We have released our P3M Framework so you can access help and support free of charge by clicking here.

We are still available to help you, email us at contactme@aspireeurope.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

The Aspire Europe Team

A job well done

I am really pleased to announce that we have just completed our full ISO 9001 audit and come out with a clean bill of health.

The ISO 9001 commitment has been an important part of our evolution over the last four years. When we started in 2004, we were the first company to become an Accredited Consultancy Organisation (ACO) by The APM Group and later that year we also became an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO).

There were exacting standards needed to achieve this recognition and, as a new company, it meant we built robust, quality and customer focused processes upon which much of our success has been built. However, since 2010, the departure of the altruistic and positive influence of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), and the race to the bottom in terms of price and quality, has meant the ATO and ACO accreditation are not seen as prestigious as they once were.

We could have cut costs and quality, but we decided to go the other way, raise our standards and raise our quality and move towards ISO 9001 certification to keep us on our toes and ensure our customers receive the service they deserve. This commitment has led to numerous changes internally to align with the ISO 9001 model, some of which have been technical, but all have been worthwhile.

I’d really like to thank the team that run our operations for making this happen, particularly Claire as our Operations Director that never misses a trick, Penny as our passionate and enthusiastic Operations Manager, and Sarah, our Project Manager whose sense of humour has been seriously challenged along the way.  Along with the support of the rest of the team it was a job well done.

We did it . . .

An unexpectedly sunny morning awaited Team Aspire as we headed to the start line for the Bristol 10k on Sunday, donning our team kit in support of Theo.

‘Doing it for Theo’

A few personal bests were achieved en route and for some, it was the first taste of a mass organised event, but maybe not their last having now experienced the feelgood factor of being cheered on through the streets of Bristol.

The Aspire HQ Team

However, our main aim of coming together as a team for this event was to raise awareness of the mental health issues young people face and we hope our efforts have helped.

A big thank you to everyone who has supported Off The Record as a result of our run and if you’d like to make a donation to this worthy cause there is still time and you can do so here

New Aspire Europe Online Store

Hot on the heels of the new website, and as of 12:01pm on April 1st – to avoid any April Fool’s confusion; Aspire Europe has opened the ‘Aspire Eurshope’ which allows you to purchase eLearning courses directly from us. This signals our intent to move into the world of online marketing, kicking off the new era of Aspire Europe with both the new website and online store launching in the space of a week!

Check it out here!

It’s not all work, work, work!

The hard-working Aspire HQ team (+1) took some well-deserved time out of the office yesterday afternoon to do some bonding at the local go-karting circuit. 55 laps of intense competition and speed (for most of us!) then followed as we weaved, or in some cases battered our way through the course. However the pre-race promise shown by the male members of the Aspire team fell apart as the race went on due to some questionable driving from one member, and sickness from the other two (one was in first place before retiring from the race) . In the end it was Claire who powered through the field to top the Aspire team table and finish third on the podium for our session!

A great afternoon of bringing the team together…

If Carlsberg did P3M Frameworks

Check out our latest offering – the first fully integrated portfolio, programme and project management framework – www.p3mframework.com

Originally marketed as our commercial product called the Align Framework, it was released in 2012 after two years of development.

Its popularity with businesses means it has now paid for itself so, rather than continue to charge for this product we have thought if crossing the Severn Bridge into Wales is now free, then we can do the same with the best P3M Framework EVER!

Inspired by Aspire

Congratulations to Swiss Valley Rangers U14s!

Our adopted local side – Swiss Valley Rangers U14s have been crowned champions of North Somerset Division 1.

This has been an amazing turnaround for a group of boys that were languishing at the bottom of Division 2 when we started the sponsorship 2 years ago.

Amazingly, this is pretty much the same squad but with a new coaching setup – it just goes to show what can be achieved when attitudes are changed and standards are raised to bring out the best.

Well done lads!
